Identified - An issue with Dynamic Templates where a "Template not found" error appears when attempting to edit the template has been identified. We are working on a fix for this issue.

Identified - We have identified an issue with our SFTP server and it is currently unavailable. We have confirmed the FTP server is available. For users uploading in bulk, use FTP protocol on ftp.webdamdb.com port 21. Your login credentials will be the same as for SFTP.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and LDAP should be working. We will continue to monitor and await confirmation from accounts with LDAP fully configured.

Identified - Accounts using LDAP for their single sign-on application are currently not able to access the application. We have identified the issue and are working toward a resolution. If your users have a standard username and password, they can still access the system without using LDAP.

Identified - We have identified an issue in which generated proofs are not loading from the Workstream application. We are working on a resolution to restore this functionality. This does not affect assets in any of the applications, only proofs.

Resolved - An issue in server scaling caused long response times and timeouts across the application. We have addressed this and the application is responding normally and showing normal load globally.

Scheduled - The Bynder Webdam engineering team is scheduling planned maintenance for the Webdam platform on Friday February 8th, starting at 8PM Pacific Time. We are making performance-related upgrades to our systems that will require this downtime. We expect the system to be down and unavailable for 1 to 2 hours. Our maintenance page will display for any users who attempt to access Webdam during the scheduled downtime.

Resolved - We identified an issue with asset searching that affects a small number of accounts. Search was not available for accounts on SOLR shard 6 from 1:00 AM to 8:15 AM. We restarted the instance and re-built search tables for those accounts. Search is currently functioning normally for all accounts.
