Update
The underlying issue has been fixed but we are still working on getting the data updated. Once this work is completed the Search Results will be working as expected.

Search results are not returning the expected data after the reindex over the weekend. We are currently working on a fix.

Search results may not be accurate due to recent work we completed that requires a reindex of the data stored.
